Dr. Li Chen is an Associate Professor in the Division of Cancer Biostatistics, Department of Biostatistics, and the Biostatistics Shared Resource Facility at the Markey Cancer Center. Dr. Chen is interested in the development and application of novel statistical methods for medical and epidemiological studies especially in cancer research – specifically interested in semi-parametric and non-parametric methods, survival analysis, longitudinal analysis, diagnostic tests, statistical genetics and genomics. She is currently faculty biostatistician on the NCI-funded $1.15 million Cancer Center Support Grant for the UK Markey Cancer Center.
