The College of Public Health's website is the public-facing information center for all of CPH's activities. It houses every piece of information we wish to communicate to our stakeholders. It is because of this that the website is a constantly updated document, where information should be scrutinized for the utmost accuracy. The first impression most people will have of the college is made from what they find on our website.

Processes & Procedures

  • Partner with the Marcom team to keep your section of the website up to date. You can do this by scheduling a meeting with Alex.
  • Complete the Add/Update Website Profile form and fill out as much as possible in order to link yourself to your department or program. Also, your website profile shows up in searches of you - so, make sure people are able to get the information they are looking for when they search for you.
  • Explore the website and give feedback when you spot errors on the website, or simply share your thoughts. Remember, this is your website.

Best Practices

  • Go to the section of the website you're associated with and make sure it's showing the public what you want it to show.
  • If you have comments about the website, if you hear complaints from your students/faculty/staff about the website: share them. That's one of the biggest ways we can grow the website.
