Tracking of academic proposals – new courses or programs, changes to current courses or programs, suspensions/cancellations of programs by the Academic Affairs Administrator (AAA).
Academic Proposal tracking is to keep up with all the active CPH curricular proposals and where they are in the approval process. This involves ensuring all information from college committees is included in the proposal paperwork and then approving the proposal at the college level and tracking it throughout the committees in Curriculog.
