Course Capacity Adjustments
Course capacity increases or decreases are at the discretion of the instructor of record.
Academic Affairs Administrators (AAA) can adjust a course’s capacity when an instructor of record or Associate Dean of Academics requests them to. The AAA must verify the classroom’s size and seat number before a cap increase. If a bigger classroom is required, the AAA will email the room schedulers (aca.classroom@uky.edu, med.classroom@uky.edu) to find a bigger room. The AAA can reach out to course.scheduling@uky.edu for any help adjusting capacities.
