Jordan Constantine (he/they) is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Center for Innovation in Population Health at the University of Kentucky. His work focuses on actualizing individual, team, and system change to drive quality improvement in child welfare organizations. He co-created and implements the AWAKEN framework a practice for conscious decision making. Jordan has expertise in applying and integrating safety science in training, practice, and organizational development to improve outcomes and impact organizational culture change. Jordan has spent over 20 years in child welfare practice and leadership, workforce development and quality improvement in the United States and United Kingdom. He holds a master’s degree in social work from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom and a Post-Qualifying Diploma in Child Welfare from Chichester University, United Kingdom.
