Rebecca Cameron is an Administrative Assistant for the Department of Biostatistics and has been involved with UK since April 2022.
She is also pursuing her bachelor's in health sciences in Medical Laboratory Science. Her previous experience involves general customer service, being a pharmaceutical laboratory technician, and earning an AAS in Biotechnology and advanced biotechnician certificates.
Rebecca provides administrative support to the chair of the Department of Biostatistics, serving as the primary point of contact for the Department. She supports internal and external communication, schedules meetings and provides event coordination.
Rebecca also works with the Department Manager, assisting with certain financial responsibilities, taking meeting minutes, organizing and maintaining documentation of processes and policies, faculty and staff recruitment, and supporting travel arrangements.
