Submission deadline is Wednesday, February 21st, 2024, 11:59 PM EST.
All abstracts must be submitted on or before February 14th, 2024 11:59 EST. Abstract Acceptance letters will be sent on March 1st, 2024. Students who would like to participate in the student poster competition with monetary prizes must upload their digital posters on or before March 8th, 2024 11:59 EST. The CPH Office of Research will cover printing costs of all posters with CPH authorship. Acceptance letters will include important information about the poster session, poster printing instructions and a unique link to upload the poster. Anyone who submits a poster must register for the event.
Research-focused abstracts should include background, methods, results, and conclusions sections. The abstract should be no more than 250 words, excluding the title and the author names.
Public health practice/field-based experience abstracts should be in paragraph form (up to 250 words) summarizing the content and objectives of the poster presentation to describe experiences, impacts, and insights from practice-based projects, including practicums and internships. Proposed projects in this category are not required to be fully implemented.
