The Marketing and Communications (Marcom) team believes that a robust, content-rich social media presence is vital in keeping our community informed and inspired in a dynamic manner while creating a safe place for engagement and celebration.

We strongly encourage everyone to stay connected and engage on our primary social media platforms which currently include:

  • LinkedIn (Business Page) - Designed for more professional messaging.
  • LinkedIn (Group Page) - Private group, designed for professional networking, sharing, and celebration.
  • Facebook (@UKCPH) - A general and popular platform for everyone. Good for creating events, photo albums, and attracting followers/likes and liking others’ pages.
  • Instagram (@UKCPH) - A fun, creative platform for image posts and video reels, with easy tagging options and attracting followers and following others.
  • Twitter (@UKCPH) - An easy platform to generate “tweets” in 280 characters or less.
  • YouTube (@UKCPH) - A subscriber platform to house and store videos, shorts, playlists, and more.

Process & Procedures

Best Practices

  • We strongly encourage (as you are comfortable in doing so) to stay active on our primary social media platforms.
  • We do not recommend creating an additional social media presence for your program, department, and/or business unit, etc.
  • We do encourage everyone to create a LinkedIn profile, which will give you an excellent opportunity to stay engaged with all professional news for CPH and beyond, events, and more, along with establishing great networks with students, alums, faculty, staff, and more.
