From April 5–11, 2026, the University of Kentucky College of Public Health will celebrate National Public Health Week with events that reflect who we are and why we do this work.
National Public Health Week is more than a celebration, it’s a moment to pause and recognize that public health is how we turn care for our communities into coordinated, meaningful action.
Throughout the week, we invite students, faculty, staff, alumni, partners and community members to join us in recognizing the power of public health, and the people who are transforming their desire to make a difference into the ability to impact health on a large scale.
Because when we do more together, we build a healthier Kentucky, and a healthier world.
