Long-term community-engaged research is always challenging. The Team Up partnership network supports a robust and sustainable practice-to-research incubator in KY. Building a strong public health research and practice infrastructure has the potential to strengthen multisectoral trust, advance multidisciplinary learning, and support translational action.
