Tiana Thé

Tiana Thé is Executive Director for Executive Communication at the University of Kentucky, where she partners with senior leadership to advance institutional priorities through strategic planning, cross-functional coordination and executive communications. Her work focuses on aligning complex efforts across a large public, land-grant institution and supporting projects that strengthen the university’s impact across Kentucky, including initiatives such as the Advancing Kentucky Together (AKT) Network.

In her role, she supports enterprise-level initiatives spanning education, research, healthcare and emerging technologies, helping translate institutional priorities into coordinated action and clear, effective messaging.

Anna Hallahan, MPH

Anna Hallahan, MPH serves as Director of External Affairs at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health, where she leads external engagement, alumni relations, strategic communications, and college-level event programming.

Anna actively cultivates relationships with subject matter experts, community organizations, and local health departments, connecting external partners to meaningful opportunities with the college including guest lectures, mentorship opportunities, research projects, and skills-building sessions. She represents the college at external events and serves as a liaison between the college and Kentucky's broader public health community. These relationships inform her work amplifying the ways the college's network of students, alumni, faculty, staff, and external partners are advancing meaningful, community-informed health outcomes for the people of Kentucky.
