Angela Taylor is the Director of Biomed Informatics and Analytics for the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services’ Office of Data Analytics. She oversees the design, governance, and integration of data systems that support Medicaid, public health, and social service programs. Angela led the development of Kentucky’s Interim Analytic Solution, a platform that enables secure, linked data analysis across agencies. Her work focuses on improving data quality, automation, and accessibility to support better decision-making across the Commonwealth.
