GYeon Oh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Environmental Health at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health. Her research focuses on pharmacoepidemiology, particularly the use and safety of opioids and gabapentin among older adults and other vulnerable populations. She uses large healthcare databases and epidemiologic methods to examine medication use patterns and related health outcomes. Dr. Oh is currently supported by an NIH/NIA K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award to investigate gabapentin use and associated health outcomes among older adults.
