Health Management and Policy (HMP) Applicant Deadline (offered ONLINE only):
Classes for HMP are offered in a hybrid online format. All classes will be online. Classes will be offered both asynchronously and synchronously. Asynchronous classes do not have scheduled class meeting times. Synchronous classes will meet virtually at a particular day and time of the week.

Applications are not accepted for the Spring or Summer semesters.
You will also need to apply to the University of Kentucky Graduate School. Graduate school application should not be completed until after admitted through SOPHAS.
The UK Graduate School deadline is April 1 for international students, or at least one month before starting classes for domestic (US) students.
All information received from your SOPHAS application is sent to the Graduate School by the College of Public Health. When completing your application for the Graduate School, you can upload the documents you used for your SOPHAS application, or you can submit blank sheets of paper.
