Cardiac rehab improves survival and quality of life after an acute cardiovascular event, yet only one in three eligible patients participate. Despite growing interest and the development of national quality improvement efforts, cardiac rehab participation has not improved.

This presentation will discuss how data are being used to identify determinants of cardiac rehab participation, and how these findings are being translated into regional quality improvement efforts in Michigan.”
