Dr. Sarah Vos is a Lecturer in the Department of Health Management and Policy. She teaches CPH 202, Public Health through Popular Film; CPH 472, Public Health Profession and Practice; and CPH 350, Introduction to Health Systems and Policy. Sarah’s research examines how public health organizations use social media and identifies message strategies to improve the effectiveness of that communication. Her research has been published in Risk Analysis, Health Communication, Journal of Health Communication, and other peer-reviewed journals, and will soon appear in Cancer Control. Before becoming a public health researcher, Sarah worked for many years as a reporter and editor. In her spare time, Sarah likes to hike mountains and practice yoga.
