Julia F. Costich, JD, PhD, is the Peter P. Bosomworth Professor of Health Services Research in the Department of Health Management and Policy, where she serves as department chair and MHA program director, and has been a faculty member since 1998.

Dr. Costich teaches in the CPH graduate programs and at the J. David Rosenberg College of Law at the University of Kentucky. Her prior administrative roles include director of the Master of Health Administration program, KIPRC director and associate director, and department chair. Her research interests focus on health law and policy, particularly as they affect vulnerable populations.
