Lynn Steiner (she/her), MSW, is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Innovation in Population Health at the University of Kentucky. In this role, she provides training on the TCOM tools and coaching for certification, as well as reference guide and test vignette development. Lynn has over 15 years of experience with the TCOM framework and tools. She believes that providing assessors with resources and practice examples goes a long way towards engaging in a quality assessment.
Lynn is currently a member of the College of Public Health Staff Council. As a Senior Policy Analyst, Lynn provides coaching and training to assessors certifying on the TCOM tools in the areas of child welfare and mental health.
The University of Kentucky College of Public Health is undergoing a review by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) for re-accreditation.
