CHRISP is a campus-wide research center at the University of Kentucky. Their mission is to facilitate high-impact research to identify the most effective ways to organize, finance and deliver high-quality health care.

CHRISP's vision is to serve as a focal point across the UK campus for health services research, bringing together faculty, staff, students and trainees from across disciplines and colleges to advance the science of health and healthcare delivery.

Presentation Abstract:

Writing academic papers can be a long, arduous process that takes months to accomplish. Does it have to be this way?!

The “paper sprint” reimagines the academic writing process into a quick and collaborative effort that can reduce the time from idea to first submission. This seminar will walk through the basics of running a paper sprint so that you can apply this method in your own lab.
