To apply for the PHNS program, a supplemental application is required. The application will be sent via email after a student is admitted to either the College of Public Health or the College of Nursing.
To ensure you receive the supplemental application, please select pre-public health and pre-nursing as your first and second major choices on the University of Kentucky application.
