The Migrant Outreach for the -Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) is hosting the Migrant Network Coalition (MNC) virtual monthly meeting. Each meeting features an informational speaker, discussion of current trends affecting immigrant and refugee communities in the Bluegrass, organizational updates, and networking opportunities with other community leaders and organizations. The next is scheduled for Monday, June 6th, 2022 at 12:00pm to 1:00pm, which will be the Virtual meeting.

Since 1994, the MNC has been a broad-based coalition of public and private organizations and individuals networking to meet the wide range of needs of our diverse migrant and immigrant communities in the state of Kentucky. They seek to improve services for immigrants and refugees by providing community education, raising awareness about barriers to equal community participation, and sharing information along service providers and with the community at-large through a network of nonprofit organizations.

This month, Victoria from Migrant Outreach for the Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program Spanish Hot Line (KCHIP) will be the guest speaker. We have a Virtual meeting to keep members safe during the Pandemic and thank you for all your support keeping our families and their members safe and health at the Migrant Network Coalition virtual meeting on March 6th.

Victoria Garcia-Davis, representing the Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health department at the University of Kentucky's College of Public Health, is the Migrant Outreach Program Director and principal investigator (PI) for the Migrant Outreach for The Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) grant.
