Graduate Coordinator

Per Graduate School bulletin...A student may repeat a graduate course and count only the second grade as part of the graduate GPA. This action will be initiated by petition of the Director of Graduate Studies to the Dean of the Graduate School and may be used only once in a particular degree program or in post-baccalaureate status.

• Form available at http://gradschool.uky.edu/studentforms.
• Required signatures: student, DGS
• Submit the completed form to Graduate Coordinator.
• Graduate Coordinator will submit to Graduate School for review and processing.
• Form cannot be submitted until the repeat course has been completed.
