Colby Hall is the Executive Director at Shaping Our Appalachian Region (SOAR), a post he assumed in November 2020. SOAR is a nonprofit focused on advocacy for economic growth in Appalachia and Eastern Kentucky.
Hall is a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s College of Arts & Sciences, with a degree in Biological Sciences (’15).
